Free Shipping Item Shipping Terms:
1. The scope of delivery is limited to within Hong Kong; Discovery Bay will be charged an additional $350; for outlying islands, please consult customer service staff; Sha Tau Kok restricted areas and non-Hong Kong areas will not be delivered.
2. If the delivery location does not have lifts or electricsladders cannot run straight, customers have to pay extra for each level(10 levels are 1 level, less than 10 levels are counted as 10 levels) span>HK$100 service charge.
3. If a second delivery needs to be arranged because the customer has not scheduled to receive the goods at the agreed time, the customer must pay a re-delivery fee of HK$300.
4. If the goods are placed outside the door of the designated delivery address or collected by the building management office due to the customer's request, the company and its subsidiaries, employees, distributors and any third party will not be entrusted by the customer's request.
