How to use the abs trainer correctly?
1. Take out the equipment from the case then tear protective film.
2. Firmly attach the abdominal pad and small pads to the appropriate body parts.
3. Press "M" to turn on the machine and select a desired mode.
4.Press "+ " to increase the intensity.
5.Press "-" to decrease and turn off the intensity.
6.Re-stick the protective film to the gel pad in order to use it later.

Please kinldy note: 
*Do not use the muscle stimulator when you sleep.
*When you peel the gel pad off your body for about 20 times, you need to change new gel pads.
*Avoid using the machine within 30 minutes after dinner and favour to do after shower or warm washing.
*The following people are NOT allowed to use the product or it may cause accidents:
1) The people who's skin is not suitable for the use of hydrogel pad
